A label that we at The Style Lounge have found has reinvented itself through clever advertising and a new look is Dockers. You may have seen the ads, a San Fransisco background...probably one of my favs. is this one...Dockers Commercial...aww isn't it adoreable? Nevertheless, they also make some pretty nice "Premium" pants from their "Premium" line that are far superior to the standard. One of my favs is the Premium Authentic K1 (shown to the left).
For ladies I like the Jillian Bootcut Pant. A good selection for casual-dress especially in the office. Wear with a set of heals like in this photo and to give your legs length.
One thing that many do not know about Bonsai (pronounced bones-eye) Trees is that they are just that...they are stunted growth TREES! They require lots of care, a artistic trimming but when done right are be a huge talking point to anyone who would see them in your house. By far the most well done and freshest magazines in all of music is Mixmag. It is from England so expect to shell out a couple extra bucks for it but with every Mixmag is a free CD and this is not your average, "put all the bad songs from a lot of albums" CD but rather unknown floorfillers that are bound to move your body. They also switch up the genres of the CDs, some my favs. were Tom Neville's Electro-House CD and De La Soul's Mix Tape. Both of these have their respectable slot on my CD rack. Along with the CD is a great magazine that brings articles on the best in the world of Dance, House, Experimental, Techno, and Hip-Hop. Although you may have to search for it, Mixmag is always a solid buy!

Skype (rhymes with type) is a p2p phone system that is a free download from www.skype.com. It works a lot like AIM or MSN would with a "buddy list" with either other Skype accounts (free to communicate) or regular phone lines (vary in price). When you sign up they give you 5 mins to make calls to try out this feature. From what I have tried Skype works pretty well...very slight delay. It is a much better alternative to Instant Messaging which personally drives me crazy. You can even make conference calls on Skype! I would highly recommend getting a Skype account today, it only takes a few minutes to set up!
Stop! Before reading this article and listening to this album come with an open mind...ready? I did that not because this is a bad album (why would I post it?) but because this is not like any album you have ever listened to. Jason Forrest, previously known as Donna Summer, is in expert in expressionistic, experimental electronica. Noisy maximalism is probably the best way to convey what you are about to hear yet it is highly recommended by The Style Lounge!
